We make and package handmade cosmetics cream, shampoos and bath products including soaps, and we also retail complimentary items and gifts.

Complaints and Questions

If you wish to complain and/or have any questions regarding our products or service you can email, phone, fax or post. We aim to respond to complaints and/or questions within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a complaint and/or respond to your question we will inform you of this.


Customer Privacy

Your details are confidential and the only information we collect is that when you order or contact us. The information is used to process your order and compile a customer database for potential mailing purposes. It is our policy not to sell or pass on any information about you to any other organisation. All information is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Credit Card:- We accept credit card payments by Mastercard, Maestro Visa, Visa, Switch and Solo. Minimum order value of £10 excluding P&P. Payment will be processed by Streamline when you place your order.


We also accept PayPal.


The name and billing address given must be the same as that registered with your card supplier. Please ensure the details you provide are correct because all orders are credit card sanctioned before dispatch. Honey Cosmetics will not be liable for an order being delayed due to incorrect or invalid payment details being given. Your order, if incorrect details are supplied, will be held back until the correct details are given. We will advise you either by email, phone or post if incorrect details have been provided.


Cheques:- We accept payment by cheque made payable to "Honey Cosmetics". The order will not be dispatched until the Cheque has been received.


We have taken a lot of care to ensure that all prices on this web site are accurate. In the unlikely event that a price is incorrect we will contact you immediately to discuss the problem. We will either supply the product at the price that was advertised or give you the option to cancel or amend your order. We reserve the right to alter our prices and withdraw offers at any time.


Order Confirmation & Corrections

Your order will confirmed almost immediately via email with your order number. Keep this safe in case there is a problem and quote this number when contacting us.


Please check your order closely and inform us via telephone (01326 240631) immediately of any corrections.

Shipping & Delivery

Product(s) and packaging are subject to change without prior notice. If a product(s) is out of stock we will contact you with a choice of replacements, the option to cancel the whole order or remove that product(s) if part of a larger order, or arrange a later delivery date with the original chosen products.

Where possible every care is taken to package and ship your order on the same day that it is received by us. In some cases where the order is received later in the day, it may be necessary to send it the following working day.
Delivery is charged at £3.99 per order for orders up to £50 and free thereafter using Royal Mail Standard Delivery.This service does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and no signature will be obtained from the recipient. For heavier packages it is normally more efficient for us to send your delivery by overnight courier, where we decide to do this it will be at no extra charge to you.

We can only ship at this rate to UK mainland addresses although if you want us to ship anywhere else just ask us and we will obtain a quote for you.


It may sometimes be necessary for us to substitute products where an original product is either unavailable or out of stock. For example we will match as closely as possible the colours of gift boxes and face cloths, hand towels Etc, but may have to replace with a similar colour if the original is no longer available. When this happens we will replace the article with an item of at least equal value and will contact you immediately to let you know.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at no cost prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Honey Cosmetics by phone; (01326) 240631 and ensure you quote your order number.


Returns Policy

Please note that this site operates a no hassle cancellation/exchange policy, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, your are entitled to arrange an exchange or full refund, as long as it is reported within 14 days of receiving your delivery and the seal has not been broken.

Once you notify us of your intention to cancel, exchange or replace your item/s, we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation where necessary. Please print this off and include it within your returned item/s.


We ask that you arrange the return of your item/s, at your own expense, using a recorded/tracked shipping service to Honey Cosmetics, Mullion Meadows, Mullion, Helston, Cornwall. TR12 7HB.

In the instance that your order is faulty (either supplied incorrectly, or faulty) we will reimburse the full cost of returning the item/s. Please ensure you obtain and keep safe your proof of delivery.


We will not reimburse the shipment cost for returning orders which are not faulty or supplied correctly as per your order, however you will still be entitled to a full refund or exchange on these item/s if they are in their original condition.


For returns we will seek to refund you for the item/s within 2-3 working days of receipt of the returned products, and no later than 14 days.


For exchanges we will endeavour to replace these within 7-10 working days from the point at which we receive your returned item/s, however in the instances that this is not possible, we will provide you with an estimated time frame.


If any stock shortages are encountered or other delays to the returns process then you will be notified of these at the earliest possible point.



  • Please ensure that you return your item/s within the 14 days of receipt of your returns authorisation.
  • You must obtain a proof of delivery. If you do not have a proof of delivery, and we do not receive your order, we will be unable to process any refund or exchange.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we have received the returned item/s, or in the instance of non-receipt, evidence of a proof of delivery is provided.
